Our staff are all homebrewers themselves.
We will gladly answer any questions with knowledgeable replies, and if we are unable to do that, we will research the topic and get back to the customer with the most accurate information possible.
We will make every effort to stock the products our customers need and maintain a good selection of choices whenever possible.
We will gladly special order items that are not normally stocked.
We will stock new items at the customer's request unless there is a good reason for not stocking the requested item.
We will make every effort to price our stock competitively while keeping our business profitable enough to secure our future existence.
We will provide this service in a cheerful and enthusiastic manner.
